Vice Cooler has earned a reputation for fearless innovation in his musicality over the past few years, with production credits on tracks with Louisahhh, Peaches, Ah-Mer-Ah-Su and many other talented artists.

 

Described by Dave Pensado as one of the "most inventive producers and writers" that he has ever worked with, Vice’s production work features organic, manipulated sounds that offer an energized departure from the current status quo of pop music.

Elements of Cooler's unique sound are now compiled in this DFAM (Drummer From Another Mother) Sample Folder. These samples offer highlights from his personal sound archive so that they may be offered for public use. Each one shot and loop explores the possibilities of what MOOG's semi-modular analog percussion synthesizer can offer through dynamic audio fractals and cosmic drum sounds.

This extensive sample folder contains 300 one shots & 36 beat loops. All sounds were designed and performed by Vice Cooler and sourced exclusively from the MOOG DFAM.

The one shots (effects, kicks, snares, hi-hats, percussion & subs) remain the property of its manufacturer and/or Origin Sound (Collectively, "Licensor") and are licensed to you as the original end-user ("Licensee"), for use subject to the provisions below. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved exclusively by Licensor. The Licensee may use the Sounds in combination with other sounds in music productions (which include soundtracks such as films, video productions, radio/TV programs or commercials, computer games and multimedia presentations, library music, public performances, and other reasonable musical purposes within musical compositions). The Licensee may modify the Sounds and may use the Sounds for commercial purposes as part of a musical composition with other sounds. The Licensee MAY NOT use the Sounds in isolation as sound effects or as loops (i.e. a sequence of musical events) or any competitive products that are sold or relicensed to multiple third parties. A right to use the sounds is granted only to the Licensee and is NOT transferable. This license expressly forbids resale, relicensing or other distribution of the Sounds, either as they exist or any modification thereof. You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, upload to or download from any server, or transfer all or any of the enclosed sounds to another user, or for use in any competitive product.

If you use a Vice Cooler DFAM loop sample on a track you can reach out to yesyesmanagement@gmail.com to request if any clearance is needed and/or to work out the details. Most small and independent productions will likely be cleared.
